Annual Premiere Piano Performance Summer Camp

June 18-June 29 & July 16-27, 2007

Come and enjoy PREMIERE PIANO performance master class/summer music camp. This is the perfect program to gain additional insight with "another listening ear", and discover the "untold" stories of composers & music history. Classes include:  group performances, advanced understanding of style, technique, and provide historical highlights. Each session will focus on a specific time period and composer(s).

 Students will receive individual coaching, participate in discussions, polish stage presence, perform in recital at the end of each session, earn a certificate of completion, and gain literature insights. Level:  intermediate-advanced/college preparatory. Last summer participants stated" . . . the most fun & interesting summer camp Ive had"

Students bring: one to two pieces of previously prepared music and one - two pieces that are "in progress", their music, a notebook, paper & pencil, a music dictionary, & a short paragraph about their composers (typed or hand written).  Classes will be on Mon., Wed., & Fri. of each week (five to six classes total and a recital) from 9:00 am to 11:30 am (a specific end schedule will be determined after total number of students have been registered).  Teachers /students are encouraged to discuss dates now, so participants can be in-group together! Sessions limited to about 15 students so register now! Sessions are contingent on minimum enrollment of five students. One week sessions are available for $75.00

        Tuition:  $150.00 per participant for each session.  Applications are below and may be photocopied. To register, please fill out below & mail with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a place for each session. Check(s) payable to: "Idaho Music Academy", for "Premiere Piano Camp", and indicate session(s).  The Balance is due the first class day and is non-refundable.
